Can they go outside now??

In late October my buff orpington, hatched 3 of the 7 eggs she was sitting on. A few days later I bought 7 baby chicks. She hatched 2 astrolorps and a white leghorn. it was odd that she quickly accepted the chicks that resembled her chicks, but didn't accept the 3 that didn't look like her chicks. by the way, none of her eggs hatched. I didn't know that broody hens will sit on any eggs. I had this happen with another buff orpington. My barred rock laid an egg when my Goldie was foraging. And it was the only one to survive. I now have a beautiful BR rooster. I tell my family, it's a case of switched at birth!
