Can they have a bath if its high of 60..?

I have a banty cochin that is about 10 or so weeks old. Ive had her for a few weeks and she really needs a bath. I didnt do it right aways cuz I wanted her to settle in some. she was very shy at first. So now Im wondering if its too cold here in MI . if I wash and dry her and keep her in for the day then put her out with a nice heat lamp will she catch a cold or something. Maybe I should just wash her feet. THEY ARE SO DIRTY.. I think the breeder I got her from kept them on sand only. she has little balls of sand stuck to her toes... what do ya think too cold or will it be ok ?
Its been getting down to the 30's at night and low 60's for daytime?

If you wash her, and dry her fully in a warm area, once she's puffed out and re-preened, I don't see why she can't be washed now.
