can they?

Mine make all sorts of noise but then I remember there is 15 so even a little noise goes a long way. Mine aren't that old yet but they are good layers. If they are Cayugas they will lay 130-180 eggs a yr. They are fairly good mothers. If they are Khaki's they will lay 165-210 eggs a yr and are good mothers. However, Khaki's are more of a nervous breed. Mine are handled a lot every day and my Khakis are a little standoffish.

Sweet maybe we might get some babies I found a little orange marker on the bottom of ones bill I know that's how they mark the males at the feed store :) I love the noise I don't know how I'm going to sleep when they all go outside and there is no more little peep peeps :(

I totally agree with you there. I love the peeps and quacks and honks. They used to sleep in my room with me when they were younger and when they were getting to heavy to move their brooder every night I slept on the couch cause I couldn't stand not hearing the noise my bf thought I was crazy lol

That's good! They are so funny once they discover what they can do in water lol. :) that's always good news!

I was pretty excited when he said it especially since he grounded me from the feed store 2 days ago lol! He even wants a couple more chicks :) how's your precious little guys doing?

:) yay! Sounds like you hit the jackpot there lol. They are doing great. They were outside today for a few hrs and loved it. I'm thinking next week is going to be the move outside they will have almost all of their feathers given a weeks time :( I think I might end up outdoors the first night lol. The Lil buggers got me hooked good lol
