Can turkeys adjust temps up and down

I have a turkey setting on eggs with the outside temperature 108 degrees in the shade. Does poultry adjust up and down to temperature? In other words, can they cool an egg with their body temperature?

I am no expert but her body being cooler than the outside temp will regulate the temperature and keep it down to incubating temps. They been doing it for thousands of years and can adapt to cold or warm temps to get those eggs just right.
