Can Two Roosters live together with no hens?

OH forgot to mention that I also have several roos living together and all are getting along great. Some are two yrs old ans some are under a year. Bantam and LF all together so far no one has gotten hurt. Although only ONE roo can mate the hens LOL If the others try he will get after them. If they leave his girls alone he's fine with them lol

Fertile eggs are good to eat no problem. It takes 21 days for an egg to hatch so you don't have to collect them immediately.I usually collect mine twice a day.

The red dot has nothing to do with the egg being fertile.

Blood spots happen sometimes. It's the hen, not the rooster.

As far are males living in harmony is concerned, I'm under the impression that things work best when they have no sight and less ability to hear the hens.

Re: Can Two Roosters live together with no hens?Sure, it happens all the time with people that live on BrokeBack Mountain, lol

I seem to have 3 roosters in my flock of birds. One is ( was) supposed to be a white Chantecler, but he has mutton chops and greeny, grey legs. Can't say what he is. The other is a Silver Speckled Hamburg and the last is a Mottled Houdan. The Hamburg and Houdan have lived together with the Hamburg hen since birth. There was originally 2 of each but the other Houdan died. I have seen but big brute of an Orpington picking on the Houdan in the coop at night. He seems to insist on sleeping in her place and every night is relegated to sleeping on his own. In total, I have 4 Buffs, 1 Chantecler, 4 Rhodies, 2 Silver Pencilled Wyandottes , the Roo assortment and 4 Eastern Wild/ Bronze Turkey crosses. The Turkeys have their own hotel. Should I be concerned about this many Roos? Mostly I'm concerned for Rosie, the Hamburg Hen as she will be easy pickin's for all three. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

I have recently had to come to the decision about our two roosters living elsewhere. One is a Silkie and one is a Cochin Bantam. They seldom fuss at each other, even at 21 weeks. I was greatly comforted by your comment and am hoping that the boys can bachelor it up at a friends' house till next summer when we can get them some "girls". Thanks again!

I have 3 roos and plenty of hens for them. I have no problems at at all. All 3 boys respect each other and know their pecking order places. One roo can only handle approx. 15 hens.

I have 3 roos. One is in a little cage. Had to remove him because he had the one cornered and had him bleeding. Is that BC the hens are in there. Was thinking about putting the 3 roos together in a coop. Is that a bad idea? One is an Americana and is going to be beautiful with that greenish tint to his feathers.

I have 3 roos. Two of which are brothers and live together fine. Occassional scuffle here and there but has never ended in blood between the two. My other roo is fine with them just prefers the house over a coop to the point he has broken toes trying to get in through the sliding door. So he has a little cage he goes in at night. Also doesnt help that he figured out my dog door haha
