Can we eat the eggs of hens on poly-tonine a complex?

I have just started my eight week old chicks on poly-tonine A complex. They are housed but seperate from my layers. Should I put this in the hens water as well? If so can we continue to eat their eggs while their on it? Everything I have read says it is only vitamins, but then someone mentioned it has antibiotics in it.
I should mention I am allergic to penecilin and so is my four-year old son.

Poly-tonine A Super Booster No. 1 has antibiotics in it. Poly-tonine A Complex doesn't.
