Can we have chickens in LAURELDALE, PA???

I cant seem to find any info on it. My wife and I are from Laureldale, PA and really want chickens. We don't know if we can have them though. Anyone from the area that could tell us what the rules are. I already have a coop but I dont want any fines if the are illegal.

I just looked on here http://www.laureldaleboro.org/ (I did a search for "chickens" on the site) and it's pretty vague! It doesn't say you can't have them, but it also doesn't say how many you can have if at all.

I'd call the city. Good luck and keep us updated!

I saw that but thats from 07. I just wanted to see if they actually did it. I dont really want to call them about it because I dont want to tip them off. We may end up getting them anyway.
