I have a friend who wants to hatch some of my eggs, I put some in the fridge this morning, can we use those or do I have to wait and give him warm eggs after they are laid? How many days can they sit before they have to be put in the incubator? I do not wash my eggs before putting them in the fridge unless if they are dirty, and they rarely do get dirty. Do I need to store them a certain way to make sure they will hatch? These are silky and EE eggs.

yes you can use the eggs just let them warm up to room temp before putting in the incubator.

Usually you can hold eggs up to week after that the hatchablity starts going down

Store them pointy end down.

Refrigerated eggs may have a lower development rate, but that is very unlikely to be a problem if they were in the fridge for less than a day. You should, however, give your friend only unwashed eggs - washing the eggs removes the protective bloom and increases the chances of rotten eggs.
