I made a custom one as an alternative to uploading a YouTube video. It's 10 seconds long, and I shrunk it down to 11.5MB. I can't get it to upload without the "file size too large message". Any thoughts?

I made this one a few days ago. I can't seem to get it to just play like Youtubes do. It directs to the gallery to view it.

How do I get those codes to pop up. Mine just looks like this.
It doesn't look like we can attach/upload anything larger than 10MB to an article. Maybe @Nifty-Chicken can increase that for us and make the limit the same as posts & direct messages.
I still don't get the options, but it's around the same size as @thecatumbrella and you got it to work.
Now it did! I just kept going out and back in and eventually it did it.

Edit: Just to explain. This is Spot. Spot had to come in the house as she was squeaking. I discounted her having a URI, as she was fine otherwise. Must've been a sunflower shell caught in her throat or windpipe. The next day she was fine.
