Can weasels get through welded wire?

I have a fireproof steel door with a concrete floor. Nothing can get through there.

What about Rambo Weasel?

I absolutely love having my coop inside our garage. Our garage was extended when we built it for extra storage for a boat. We decided not to own a boat and used this space for the coop. Since I'm disabled by breaking my neck 4 years ago, I do not have to walk through snow getting to my coop during the winter months since I can only walk a few feet at a time. I spend many hours with my hen's. I find it very therapeutic and they make my life a little easier. We fully insulated the coop, added a radiator heater, Which keeps the heat in the winter and cooler in the summer. We have full electricity in the coop as well. We spent triple the cost building this then what we expected. My husband did a fabulous job building the coop and run. He put a door on the run, so they can free range. The side paneling allows plenty of shading in the summer. All I need is a fan mounted. However, it would be nice to keep that steel door open at night, but it sounds like I won't be able to. Perhaps in a year or two, we'll put hardware cloth over the welded wire if possible. With the garage doors closed and the steel door closed, nothing can get inside that coop or garage. We built it that way since our hen's are our pets.

Here's our run without the plastic. I love how it turned out.
