Can white partridge breed in cage?

I am interested in breeding white partridges here in Pakistan. I am told these are difficult to breed in captivity. Any idea how can these be bred like quails? How many eggs per year should I expect?

How big is your pen?If you make like a natural habitat for them,I'm sure they will produce.They may not set on their eggs but youy can incubate them.

Haven't raised white partridges but others I have, had a low fertility rate around 25%. Some are more fertile than others. Tony's right about having the proper habitat for them to produce.
