Can wry neck be cured?

I see an opportunity to adopt a special needs female call duck who is 8 months old and apparently has wry neck. The owner has been giving vitamins but not seeing much improvement. Is this a disease that eventually ends in the duck suffering and needing to be culled, or can it be cured with patience and time?
Yes It can be cured with patient and time with the supplements.

I messaged a bit more with the girl who has the duck and she said she tried selenium in her water once and it made her way worse, so she got nervous and didn't try it again. She's been adding the other supplements to water as well. I'm wondering if the duck isn't really getting the proper dosage of the vitamins since they're in her water. I don't have high hopes of the duck eating scrambled eggs...just based on my own girls who don't like to try new things they don't already love....so I think I would like to try the selenium again. I offered to take her. She's got the poor thing all alone in a metal tub in a shed. She posted a video and the little one doesn't look terrible. I'll let you know what happens.

You are right about selenium - the dosage has to be very tiny .

Honestly, I don’t like that This says “a squirt” of the vitamin B complex liquid. I usually give one ML to a 5 pound bird. I use the DurVet liquid B complex and give by syringe with, of course, no needle on it

Thanks, I read that about the selenium in the post you linked. I already have the liquid vitamin B compex :)

She’s adorable. I would definitely go get her if I was anywhere in your area, but I think I’m all the way on the other side of the country (in Maryland.) I gather you’re in Washington state?

Did you watch the video? The neck doesn't seem terrible, right? I feel bad she's being kept all alone. It's a couple hours for me. I'm thinking about it.
