Can wry neck be cured?

I did get the little duck and her sister. I don't think they've been kept in the best conditions. It's a pretty bad case of wry neck. I have been able to give her most of a vitamin E with selenium capsule today and have tried vitamin B complex but I'm not sure if any is getting down. The best she's done is just a little bit ago she was definitely try to eat some floating food and meal worms I put in their water. What's weird is when she gets her beak in the water it kind of sends her into a much worse spasm where her neck will go all the way back and she'll back into the corner. I will keep trying! I feel so bad for both of them and wish I had gotten another healthy one to be with the other if this one passes.
