I agree we are an oligarchy. But, its looking more like a plutocracy these days than even an oligarchy.

We are a representative republic. Officially. We are not, and never have been, a democracy. Puzzles me why people are taught that we are.....

A representative democracy is when you choose people to go speak for you...... but the fact that one branch of our government "speaks" on behalf of the law regardless of the majority rule is what makes this a republic.

The state of california is a good example of why democracy is a bad idea.....

I agree. Actually the correct terminology for what we have would be "plutarchy", which is a combination of the two.​

Its really not that hard. The stuff I'm doing now is just to get ready for Pre-Calculus (AP Calculus is the goal). Graphing and Solving Rational Expressions. Next chapter before summer is Conic sections I think. Latin is ten times of hard though!!!!

When I was in school I never got algebra, I don't think anything has improved w/ age. I add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers, I read letters and I NEVER mix the two!!!!!!

Was a firemen an national registered first responder in Ga. Did the job for 13 years. Did the medical part by my self for much of that, running around 400 calls a year.
