Can you bathe a chicken??

Good to know!! My girls have made a mess with Greek yogurt. I tried using a warm wet towel to wipe them off, but they are still sticky. They are 13 almost 14 weeks old though.... Not sure if they will tolerate this now.

Good info!!

Wait until they discover your compost pit!

We have a chick with poo always sticking to her hind end. Her back feathers are very discolored and stiff. We gave her first bath to her today at 7 weeks of age. Not sure if we made much process. May need repeated. Is this common for some chickens to just have hygiene issues? Do you need to clean them regularly?

hey folks! what about a sticky chicken? Lol! I have this one particularly inquisitive hen and somehow she got hold of a fly paper. She is a dirty mess! the dirt is stuck to the sticky stuff so when i washed with dawn that didn't help. What can I safely use?

How little is too little to give them a bath? I have three 3 to 4 weeks old chicks and they could seriously use a bath

I heard that olive oil is good to help their feathers from sticking together if they have sticky bums.
