Can you clip their nails?

I was just wondering if you could clip a chickens nails like a dog or a cat before they get long and twisted, or is it not very good? Thanks!

Generally if they are allowed acces to an outside area they scratch enough to wear their nails down. To answer yur question. Yes you can clip a chicken's nails, but understand that they have a quick just like a dog's nails, and if you cut into the quick there will be bleeding.
