I think by grey you mean blue. The birds that appear gray are called blues. Blue is dominant, and the most common, so the easiest answer is to just breed the birds, and I'll bet you'll end up with blues. If you buy just one blue, I think you'll surely end up with blue offspring, even in a loft of other colors.
