Can you feed bees to chickens?

We always seem to have all kinds of these flying around our garage. Carpenter, honey, bumble, hornets, wasps...etc. But I was wondering if it would be safe to feed these to my hens, especially the stinging type. Should I stay away from those? Thanks for your thoughts and opinions

Apparently bees have a chemical that makes them foul tasting (at least that's what I heard on a nature program once). Not sure if this is 100% true...

Chickens mostly leave them alone they dont realy care for bees to much

I don't think chickens will eat bees. We have 4 hives of honeybees, and my free-range RIRs have never shown any interest in eating them. I believe bees contain formic acid, and this makes them taste bad.

I wouldn't recommend bees to chickens. For one thing, considering they have a venomous stinger that is part of the bee that is not neutralized by any means. Chickens seem to know their limits at times with regard to eating certain things...and bees must be on that list of things they know they should not acquire a taste for.
Now, if they would not like Styrofoam so much....
