When my muscovy started laying I made her a nest in a safe place. I hollowed out the bottom in the dirt ( think bowl shape in the ground ) and added straw and shavings. She shaped it the way she wanted and then the feathers were added.
If she is in the nest box and I am sure the bottom is flat she doesn't have enough room to move around. If you can, I'd try moving her and making her an appropriate nest.
