Can you fix a chicks butt if it fliped inside out?

I was wondering because back on September i had a cornish cross chick like that, and I'm going to do them again so any fixing it? (Also interested in how to get right sized meat because it's for judging and last time breast meat was to long(poor rooster had to eat them))
