Hello, I was wondering if im able to hatch eggs from one of my hens. She's been making rough sandpaper like eggs. The shape and size seems fine and there are no wrinkles. The only difference between hers and the other hen eggs are how they feel.

I can show pictures if thats needed btw.

Odds are stacked pretty high against those eggs reaching hatch in my experience. That sandpapery texture you're feeling most likely means the shells are overly thin or porous, which will allow bacteria to penetrate the egg and kill the embryo within. To me, it's not worth the gamble of having a rotten egg in the incubator, and I don't bother setting eggs like that when I'm hatching from my own flock.
