Can you help me determine the sex and breed of this chick?

The chick is 3 weeks old in these photos. Is it too early to tell?

Thank you!
Not a problem. Welcome to BYC. Keep us posted in a few weeks with updates and we'll help with the gender question too. I'm some cases males can be easily spotted within the first four weeks but generally are much easier to tell as time goes on. 6-8 weeks is usually a good timeframe but sometimes it can be difficult and take much longer. In most cases by 12 weeks the cockerels will be super obvious.

The males are typically bigger once around 2 months! i told my ducklings around 1-2 months (8 weeks) but i'm pretty sure its different comparing them.. good luck finding the sex
