I believe they hatched about March 10th

Im going to say both girls, but I cant be 100% sure as some male mallard patterned ducks will feather out with female plumage and then later moult out to grow the male plumage. What do they sound like? Do they have a loud quack(female) or a soft, raspy quack(male)? Also look at the top of there tails. Males have a curly feather on the top of there tail.
Hope that helps

From the feathers they look like girls, but the boys look like that too until they go into their first molt. From the bills I would say boys because of the greenish tint. Try to voice sex them. Separate them so that they cannot see each other and listen to their complaints. Loud screaming quacks or raspy normal talking voice level calls. Grabbing them may produce the same reaction.

They both sound the same quacky noises to me.

just thought they may be one of each because of their eye markings and their tails are a bit different but I am no expert.

Quackers screams "female" to me and Waddles looks "male". His feathers are throwing me for a loop though! Let us know in a few months what they are!

The bill color is typical of young drakes. It's difficult to tell, but hens usually have a brownish mottled bill. As stated both sexes of mallard patterned ducks start out with typical brown "female" plumage which will change to the drake colors when they undergo their eclipse molt.
