I'd have to agree that she's part sexlink - which, in itself, is also a cross breed - used for egg production. So, when you cross two of them, they don't "breed true" and you'll get components of the breeds used to "make" them (usually some white leghorn, and one or more I find the "reds" like Rhode Island, New Hampshire, etc.)
How is her personality? Is she sweet or flighty?

I am leaning more and more towards an Amber Link she appears to look more like them just a tad darker. She is a bit Skittish , not sure if its because she is the youngest of the pack also gets bullied , but she always stays out of their way, likes to be alone not very sociable runs away when the other hens get next to her lol .. but shes docile lets you pick her up but doesnt like it much haha

Looks like may be an ISA with unique pattern. They come from Rhode island red roosters and white leghorns. Very mild manner girls. Generally a redish brown at the head and getting whiter towards the tail.
She could possible be a mix of amber link and isa brown possibly the only thing is her eggs are an orangie brownish color . Which looks more like the amber link

Generally speaking, white leghorns are not used as dominant white is not the sameas silver based and short circuits the expression of color key to a sex link crossing. True isa are not derived from leghorns...a brown laying, single combed silver based hen line is used. You can see photos of parent flocks here https://www.isa-poultry.com/en/product/isa-brown/ ...
