Can you help me predator proof this coop better?

Just a thought, I have one of these prefab coops also. The first thing I did before introducing chickens to it was apply Thompsons water seal to the entire coop. I also got some silicone roof sealer and sprayed all of the cheap composite sheeting that was on it. Last but not least, I went back over and silicone caulked every gap I seen. This should help with making your coop last a little longer.

Yes to all of that! I'm also considering using the tarp they sent as well...not sure how long that will last, but it couldn't hurt.

I wound up putting our little coop in one of those TSC dog pens. With a couple extra panels, makes it a 10'x10' pen. No daytime predators here with our dog. Nighttime, the chickens get cooped up.
