Idk, I'm thinking I agree with @Frazzemrat1 To me it looks like they might both be cockerels.

I’m in montrose mi so I’m pretty sure I can but I’m not sure! These are the hens and the one in question!

If they do end up both being boys, cockerels who grow up together seem to get along pretty good. But honestly I'm not 100% convinced both are cockerels yet. This particular breed can be real buggers for me to sex until they're older.
Are those your only pullets in the picture?

Yeah I ordered them, so I was supposed to get five females and one male. One died from that pasty butt so that’s it just started out small to begin

They both sort of look like males to me with the red combs and wattles if they are only eight weeks old.
