Can you help me with this picture tonight guys?

I want this to be my avatar on BYC but I was wondering if someone could size it down for me as big as BYC allows. I have tried several times and can't seem to get it sized down to fit. Please help me! Thanks!

Did you use the upload thing on here? If so can't you just use the URL for the "thumb" size?

I think it resizes it for you?
