My egg is on day 21 and there is still no pip or movement what should I do

Leave it alone. I've had eggs hatch on day 25. Babies don't always come on their due date and sometimes chicks don't hatch day 21.

I had one that hatched yesterday witch was on day 20

That happens too. I had 3 hatch a day late last hatch. Went to go through eggs a few days later to find out what happened and found one zipped.

Have you tried candling?

This is probably the most important thing I have ever read on this forum...Since I read this I have increased my hatch rates! Kudos to Chookschick! Alot less stress lines too!
