We thought it was a she that was just loud, but now it sounds like a rooster ALL THE TIME. Not just in the morning but all throughout the day. We think she is a Polish hen about 21 weeks or so. She is fed well, given clean fresh water several times a day and has a pretty large area to roam. She is very sweet and loves to be held... The crowing is so loud that we are afraid neighbors will complain. Can anyone tell me if it is a hen or roo? That is "her" in the profile pic. The pic was taken a few weeks ago.

this is a little better pic...

As you're discovering, Polish can be one of the noisiest roosters. One of the reasons for getting rid of them was the constant crowing..

Unfortunately, looking at your avatar picture it seems the other chicken with him may be a rooster also.

Yes. We found that out today as well. Crazy to us. We thought we had two hens. :)
Now what to do...

Get a whole bunch of hens for the two studs?

if noise is a factor, the polish will NOT let up on crowing.... the other roo likely is slow maturing, but he will start crowing sometime(or is that how you found out today- he crowed?). Won't be able to tell if he is relatively quiet or noisy(for a roo).
