It sounds like she has something stuck in her larynx. She's behaving that way, also. You could get a helper and one of you hold her and pry open the beak while the other shines a strong light into her throat. Look at the center of the throat at the back to see if you see any foreign material.

Canker could do it, too. Look for any gummy lesions in the throat and tongue.

She has stopped the sneeze and has quieted down quite a bit. Just occasional moans/squeaks. Could she have dislodged it herself? Should I still try this? I don’t want to stress her out unnecessarily
 
Yes, it can dislodge on its own. Most often these do just that. However, there is also a risk she could inhale the possible foreign object into her airway and choke.

Would you rather risk stressing her with a quick look in her throat or risk having her choke to death? Life is full of trade offs.
