I have 1 male coturnix quail and I have 28 button quail eggs in the incubator I know that I cant house them together when they are chicks but when they are done growing then can you house them together? so really what im trying to say is can you house adult button quail with adult coturnix quail?

No, you cannot. Coturnix are flock birds, button quail are aggressive little things that need to live in m/f or f/f pairs. Also, the big size difference is an issue. Probably they would fight and the button quail would be killed, and the buttons might stress the coturnix out into the bargain.

I know they say only pairs but I have a male with two females aka a trio and they adore eachother.
They've been together since hatchling and are a year old.
Buttons do best with only buttons.
They are territorial.

Most likely the coturnix would be raping the buttons. In any case, the size difference is quite big so he can hurt them severely if he catches them - I wouldn't risk it.
And keep in mind you'll need to split up the buttons when they are ~6 weeks old, otherwise fighting, plucking, over mating and chasing around is more than likely to happen.
You might be able to get away with just splitting them in two groups according to sex, at least for a while - if there are no females to fight over, the males are unlikely to fight. But much depends on the kind of enclosure you keep them in. Females can be mean to each other as well, though it usually doesn't start till they are at least 4-5 months old.
