Only real games will fight to the death because its genetics, Those are- American gamefowl, Oriental gamefowl, irish, Australian, and a lot of the other pit games, its true long ago that the old english's were game.. they were the makeup of many of the gamefowl (mostly American). BUT... They've been bred to be non (or at least not as much) agressive for showing.
Moderns, cornish, old english (especially bantams), American game bantams, sumatras, etc.. are all fine.
