Can you ID this scat? And not the slug 🤣
It is very close to my chicken coop and doesn’t belong to my dog.

Jeez, not even Google search comes up with anything! What kind of wild animals do you have around there?

All the regular suspects. Racoon, opossum, fox, fisher cat, bob cat, coyote, bear, weasel/mink, we also have lots of ground hogs (not a predator. That’s about all that comes to mind.

Add skunk and we've got all those too but never seen that anywhere.

Ooh. Really?! Wouldn’t I smell him? Are they tenacious about getting into coops?
You probably would be smelling them occasionally if you have them around. There is a lot of hair in the scat so maybe it's not that. Anyway, I have never had a skunk get one of my birds or get into my coop. Only raccoons and an opossum.

Hard to tell how big it is, which would help.
Dissecting it a bit might help too.
I think I see hairs in there, so likely a carnivore.
