Can you identify these peafowl???

I am looking into getting some more peacocks. The guy told me that they are pied but they are clearly not. The peahen looks like a india blue not sure about the male though.
Oh also is 75 a good price for a pair?

The hen is india blue and the male is a blackshoulder. 75.00 is a very good price the hen is worth more that that.

agreed ib bs great price around here they get over 100 just for the male would jump on it as ong as they are healthy did he say why he wants to sell them

No, he did not say why. Alls he said was that last year was his first with a full plumage. And he told me the hens lays eggs and setts well. I hope so!!! 75 is good, I wasnt sure I thought it was. Peacocks aren't expensive around here. A couple of years ago I got 8 peacocks for FREE. Then I had to get rid of them because I couldn't handle them at the time. Now I have 4 other peacocks that are 3 India Blue and 1 Black Shoulder hen, so I am excited to get this pair. That way I can have a breeding pair of Black Shoulders then a breeding pair of India Blues. Ill sell the other 2 females.

My pen isn;t that big for that many peacocks. I have a 8x8 coop that they live in with a 10x12 run. I might expand the run to a 20x30 It is an old horse stall that we dont use. But I dobt I can get that much wire to rap all the way around that. Peafowl around here go for......... Blues $60/pair, and white, bronze, midnight, purple are all $100/pair. Silver pied males $50. The guy I know sells them for this much. Might be getting some colors if I can expand LOL....

Wow if only prices were like that here! So when you say $60 and $50, ect you mean for adults, because that is way great around here that is more like yearling prices and adults are more like $100.

Oh and P.S. I want 8 free peacocks!

That price is for yearlings, but you get a pair for 60.00 so we have a fairly close price range...

GREAT PRICE....YES a breeding age hen sell for that.
