Can you identify this chicken please?!

Dominiker isn’t a breed, the real name is Dominique, and almost all breeds have barred varieties.
Yea I live in the country and the old timers call Dominique dominikers lol it’s just a habbit. We say leggern instead of leghorn it’s just a thing here lol. But yes barred pattern is common it just looks to be the blurry type to me like dominikers have. Idk it’s just a thought.

My two Dominiques have quite clear barring.

What a lovely chicken! The brown to gray and white gradient makes me think of my cream crested legbar, not saying he is that, he doesn’t have a crest, but I love that brown to black and white fade soooo much! Maybe I am sentimental because my CCR is so sweet 💕

Yes but it’s blurry compared to this stock image of a barred rock. Not saying I’m an expert but the difference between barred rock and dominiker plumage is doms are blurry and barred rocks are crisper. I simply said the back of the bird in question is blurry like a dom. Therefor might be a dom mix. Sorry if I hit a sore spot with you odd one out, I simply gave my opinion😔
