Can you me decide what to do please? (Pip in weird spot)

Thanks. Now it’s like this. It’s been a while since it’s progressed. I really appreciate your help.

If its that far hatched and seems to be stuck I'd help out. :fl
Ok so I did this. I hope it's ok. She's alive and peeping a little, but she's just lying there. Not trying to kick to get loose. Do I wait or help her the rest of the way? I'm going to assume I wait until I hear otherwise.

Help her out - she's probably just exhausted from getting stuck. She might need some electrolytes or even sugar water to give her a bit of a boost once she's had a little rest. Just drip a drop at a time onto the tip of her beak and she should instinctively swallow a little. But give her a chance to rest first.

Thank you! She's just got to get her hat off. She is SO tired, poor thing. Thank you for your help, I was freaking out!
