Can you mix ducks and chickens into the same coop

You can. But ducks are messy.
My ducks and chickens have separate housing and areas in the run. I would think it depends on your space.
Do you already have chickens? Then, you have to consider how to integrate.
Ducks like water and mud and making messes - chickens like to bathe in dry dirt and need a dry environment.

My Muscovy's and chickens share a large coop chickens roost up high ducks down low .

When introducing new poultry to an established flock always best to let them meet where they can get to know each other but can't actually touch. Usually takes a while to be accepted.

I have been blessed to have had drakes that have no interest in the chickens who they spend all their time with I guess they have enough female ducks to keep them happy. They forage on a little over half acre and ducks and chickens sleep in the same coop Runner/ Buffs and geese have their own houses too.

my experience:

they were fine to sleep in the same coop but in a limited space I have had water was always dirty and chickens got sick.
