I hadnd turn mine too. I find that over fifty or getting near sixty eggs, around day fifteen if you don't REALLY WATCH IT I get huge temp spikes up to 106 or so, because the chicks develop and start throwing off heat of their own. Then they stress, and kick in the eggs and throw off MORE heat and cook themselves. As long as you can keep your temps down near 100 or so, and keep all the plugs out for max ventilation you can have good hatches in a full incubator.
I don't hand turn like x and o hand turn. I feel around the outside for cooler eggs, pick them up and snuggle them into the middle of the pile, shoving the warmer eggs out, then just rub my hand over them like abra cadabra and mass roll them different ways and call it good. Takes about ten or twenty seconds.
