I would really like some help trying to figure out what they are

Could you take a look at the second bantams' feet and tell me if he/she has five toes?

'Cause I have a silkie chick that looks just like yours, only lighter.
 
The last one looks like my rir hen, she had a mark on her head like that too and I think the yellow/white one looks like Delaware. Mine were yellow but with real light smokey spots but not alot just one on there head. Now there a month old and have grey spots everywhere I don't really know about bantams.
 
I don't know about the bantams.

I agree with 14chickmama that you probably have one or two Delewares. (Very nice birds!) Third one could be a gold sex link. Fourth one could be a RIR but the head coloring gives me some doubts. You may have to wait a few weeks when they get all of their feathers to get a better idea of what breeds they are.
