Can you Please tell me if my chickens have lice or nits or mites?

My Silkie hens have white dots stuck to their feathers near their head. I checked their tail and there is nothing. All near their head and they're not all clumped up but they're all around the small neck feathers and stuck really hard.
Please help tell me what they are and so I don't spread them to my guineas!
