can you please tell me which is the girl and which is the boy.

Wow! You lucked out, you have a pair. The one with the white on the throat and flight feathers is a hen.

I am gonna go out on a limb here and say you may have 2 hens there. The one that looks male sure looks a lot like my spalding girl "Crawford" .

She still had a lot of stripes on her at a year old.

Crawford

I'm out on that limb with you @DylansMom . (is there room for me under your chair?

I feel that if that was a "he," he'd really have more color on his face at one year, not that distinctive hen facial marking.

Yup, these are hens!

I agree with 2 hens one is a spalding

Yeah, like I said, you have a pair. Of hens! I bow to the experts.

I was told that the males have brown flight feathers. I'm posting pics I took this morning hoping the answer would be a boy.
Thanks to everyone For your information and postings.

I use to think the same way. I did it with my Pied peahen and Spalding split to White peahen. I thought I had a pair but then it turned out they were both peahens. I kept going at it saying this could be a sign one of them is a male but I only ended up eating crow in the end. Thanks to them I've learned more about how to sex peafowl and when there are peafowl that will break the rules.
My Pied peahen.

My Spalding peahen has a bit of barring on her wing mainly in the center. That's my Black Shoulder peahen in the back.

It only takes a tiny amount of green blood in the hens to turn those dark brown flights into reddish brown flights. They still both appear very much "Hen" to me. Sorry

The good news is, it is generally very easy to find extra males and with 2 girlfriends to keep him company he will be a happy camper.

Thank you all for all the information.
I will start my search for the new bachelor.
If anyone knows where I could get one and about how much they cost.
I will like to get a year old one so they are all the same age. I got mine as babies at an Agway.

Many of us have extra males sitting around.

If you let us know what state you hail from, we can start to see if anyone is close to you. I have to say you are the first person I ever heard of that got their Peas from an Agway. We have lots of Agways in PA but I've yet to find Peas in any of them.
