Can you possibley tell what kind of rooster I have....very bad picture

Well, he doesn't have feathers on his legs....but that picture that someone linked for him looks exactly like him. In fact if I dind't know any better I'd say someone kidnapped my rooster

Does anyone know what kind of rooster that is? From that picture?
