Can you pull egg from under hen on day one, and ship to incubate?

All my girls go lay next to my brooding hen, and she tries to scoop them all in and sit on them. I have marked a dozen for her to hatch, but have been pulling others out daily. Yesterday I got an order for hatching eggs, and wondered if these eggs would develop if I pulled them out and then shipped them to someone to incubate. Anybody know?
Thanks!

I have heard that bringing them up to hatching temp then letting them cool actually raises hatch percentage. No idea if this is true or not, but if it is I'd think more would do it.
