???Can you Raise Grouse and Chickens Together???

I was on a pretty cool website called Eggbid.net and I was looking at the grouse. It was about the same size as a chicken. So I started to think if it was possible to raise a couple grouse with my chickens. Of course I would have to cove my run or clip there wings. Put is it possible and does anyone else do this??? It was a pair of Franklin Spruce grouse.

I have never deliberately raised them together, but I had a wild one try to join my chicken flock this past summer. They are both ground birds, so it stands to reason that they would be compatible. I think I would house chickens and grouse together before I would house ducks and chickens together.

Thanks I would just hate to get some and then have them not get along. Seeing as I only have one coop I would be in kind of a tight spot then...
