Sudden lethargic chicken

Hi,
I have this chicken that was well this morning, now is suddenly all lethargic, doesn’t move and has the stomach (buche in Italian) very big. I’m not sure what it can be or how to help her. Vet is not an option for me unfortunately.

Have you checked for egg binding? I have not had to treat for it, but some treat with Epson salt bath. Extra Calcium can also help.

We have checked and it doesn’t seem she has an egg. We have given her some olive oil and massaged the buche and it seemed to help a bit. For now we have isolated her (is sleep time for them now, 18.30) and see how she wakes up. Will try the bath tomorrow
