Can you tell if barred rock hen or roo

I know this is terrible pic but its all I got from seller. Can you tell me if it's a pullet or cockerel from the barring?

If it's full barred rock which it does look to be from this picture then def a hen.

If it might not be full barred rock so long as it's over 12 weeks those are hen shaped feathers.

It looks like my Barred Rock pullets so my best guess would be pullet.
