No, not unless it’s a breed specifically designed to be sex-linked. I’d keep an eye on the comb though, it’s pretty large for three weeks.

Sometimes if you know who the parents are because some colors are sex linked... like barred hens for example crossed to solid non white males will throw solid females and barred males.. as indicated at hatch by a solid colored head or a white head spot.

Or red/gold rooster over silver females.. throw red/gold pullets and white cockerels.

For this chick and without more detail.. there are no current indicators and it's too early.. male colors may barely be starting to come in but also maybe not until closer to 6-8 weeks..

Red coming on the comb or wattles may be your very earliest indicator. Depending on the pattern that develops it may stay gender specific.. but not at THIS juvenile state here.
