Can you tell me if this is a rooster, or do I have a crowing hen?

Hey all. While taking pics of the sunrise this morning, I heard a crowing come from our coop. We've occasionally heard the noise before, but this morning I was able to narrow it down to the specific bird. We bought a couple of brown leghorns this spring, not knowing what sex they were. I figured I'd take the chance, cause they're definitely pretty birds. Anyways, as they've matured, one of them has a larger comb and wattle than the other. Not being an expert with chickens by any means, I figured we'd wait it out and see. But this morning I think my suspicions were confirmed. I think we have a rooster. Is there anyway you can tell by looking at a picture?

The bird in question is the one in the very front.

Thanks for any input!

I would say its a roo. Hes got large wattles and he has a very high crest. He also has tail feathers that look like they are beginning to curl.

Im guess roo. My guess though.

I would be suspicious of the bird in the middle...are they the same age?

They are both the same age. The bird in the middle may also be a male, however at some point as an adolescent, its comb was either picked at by another bird, or it was damaged on something. It is slowly regrowing, which is why it is smaller than the one in the front. I wouldn't doubt if they were both males, as their characteristics are similar. However, the one in the middle has a lighter coloring around the neck than the one in front. It's more straw colored, versus the dark brown the one in front has.
