Right at the moment I can't provide that, she/he doesn't have any feathers there, got beat up pretty bad, but in all honesty, I don't think any of my roo's have that, this one is hatched out of my own flock, their all a bunch of mutts.

I was trying to go by the pointy little neck feathers.

That much red on comb at 6-8 weeks is a cockerel.
Saddle and hackle feathers won't come in until 3-4 months.

Based on its guestimate age, redness of the comb and size of waddles, and the characteristics you've noted; I'd say you have a Sir Snuggles there! Handsome!

Thank you everyone, I've watched my roo's when they've crowed and the behavior I saw this morning said Roo, now to find out what my friend wants to do, I believe she has one already, wasn't all that happy about having one, so if she's looking at two I do not know what she'd want to do, at the moment I have one roo with 16 hens, and will be getting more hens soon, so the addition of one more won't be a issue to my group.

I just took a much closer look at my roo, he's got those feathers, going to be beautiful.

Stunning cockerel.

It's still a little too early for pointed male specific plumage.

If he does turn out to be a roo, he has a new home, with me.. he'll join my flock once the feathers are back and he goes through the introduction phase.
