Can you tell me what Mr. Feather is?

Can you see his weird knobby comb?

Anyone have a guess here? We are totally stumped!

I guess I should add that in this picture he is about 7 weeks old (I think)

And he did come from a feed store so he was ordered from a hatchery.

In other words...he shouldn't be a mutt.

I'd say he could be an EE or maybe a Golden Laced Wyandotte even.And that "weird comb" of his is a rose comb by the way

With those legs, he looks to be an EE (Easter Egger).

I vote Easter Egger! Green legs are a dead giveaway for those. It'll be hard to tell until he's older, but I believe that's actually a pea comb. That would be in keeping with the EE general look.

i am not certain he is a he.male combs usually have 2 small rows and a larger row in the middle(when bred to straight comb parent).could be an EE with a rose comb parent.no beard but just doesn't look like a typical pea comb.i still think she may be a she and very pretty.no wattles or hackles feathers .
